With the Medicare enrollment period upon us, my husband and I recently met with Jim Carson. We originally met Jim in 2018 and over the last 5 years he has graciously shared his knowledge and time to review the ever changing plan options. This year we decided to move away from our G Plan to get better Dental/Eye care benefits and some other perks but we didn’t want to change any of our Physicians. TCHC has a great tool called Retireflo. We used the provided link, input our detail and it helped streamline the process so Jim could easily guide us to the best options. We can’t thank Jim enough and would recommend him without hesitation. We are good for another year. Thanks Jim

My daughter has known Jim Carson for several years. I am elderly so she manages my Medical care and policy and recently met with Jim for a review. To our surprise my wife & I were eligible for PACE benefits and our Aetna policy provides a benefit quarterly for OTC(over the counter supplies) which will help reduce out of pocket expenses for us. We can't thank Jim enough for his time and knowledge. The amount of information out there is overwhelming so Jim's expertise is so appreciated. As a family, we highly recommend Jim.

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Jim in 2018. He assisted my wife to determine the best G Plan supplement that provided great coverage with a reasonable premium. Then in 2020 I worked with Jim on my G Plan, again very pleased. He is always kind, easy to talk to and very responsive. To our surprise, a few weeks ago Jim contacted my wife to share she was eligible to review alternate plans. She was thrilled to get a similar plan but saved $35 month. We would highly recommend working with Jim Carson of Tri County Health Concepts. You will get exceptional service and feel confident you have a great plan that doesn’t break the bank.

I was referred through a friend and am so happy I was put in contact with James! He was terrific. My anxiety over choosing Medicare was quickly put at ease. I only had to answer a few questions and Jim got back to me to make an appointment. These folks are FREE and help you navigate through all the red tape. If you try to gain all the knowledge through the government website you’ll lose your mind. Make the call for help, you will not be disappointed.
