- Playing a vital role in helping individuals, families and businesses realize their financial dreams and provide the peace of mind they are entitled to.
Providing a diverse portfolio of insurance products to help meet short and long-term goals. - Working with new and current clients to help them reach their protection, savings and retirement goals by using industry-leading products and strategies.
- Networking with individuals throughout the community and continuously prospecting and recruiting.
- Developing and attaining business objectives. Providing high quality policyholder service and asking clients for referrals.
Compensation:
- 1099 Commission paid directly by the insurance carriers.
- You will be paid at the agent level as established by each company. You do not take a pay cut to work with us.
- Set your own hours. The perfect job for retired or semi retired people who can network with people of a similar age. Every eventually needs help with Medicare and you can be the specialist in your community.
- You are immediately vested and own your own book of business.
- You have upward mobility. You can recruit and grow from Agent to General Agent to Master General Agent (per the requirements of each carrier). We teach you and help you grow so you can build an agency too.

With the Medicare enrollment period upon us, my husband and I recently met with Jim Carson. We originally met Jim in 2018 and over the last 5 years he has graciously shared his knowledge and time to review the ever changing plan options. This year we decided to move away from our G Plan to get better Dental/Eye care benefits and some other perks but we didn’t want to change any of our Physicians. TCHC has a great tool called Retireflo. We used the provided link, input our detail and it helped streamline the process so Jim could easily guide us to the best options. My daughter has known Jim Carson for several years. I am elderly so she manages my Medical care and policy and recently met with Jim for a review. To our surprise my wife & I were eligible for PACE benefits and our Aetna policy provides a benefit quarterly for OTC(over the counter supplies) which will help reduce out of pocket expenses for us. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Jim in 2018. He assisted my wife to determine the best G Plan supplement that provided great coverage with a reasonable premium. Then in 2020 I worked with Jim on my G Plan, again very pleased. He is always kind, easy to talk to and very responsive.
